How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure all HR processes incorporate appropriate control mechanisms, including compliance with country legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drive financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Capable of making informed and timely decisions based on data and analysis, even in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrates interest and willingness to actively contribute to global initiatives that impact HR Operations, supporting the development and implementation of cross-regional strategies and solutions
- Actively participate in daily HR operational tasks, supporting the team in resolving complex cases and ensuring service continuity.
- Ability to guide the team toward shared goals, inspire trust and motivation, and promote a clear and aligned vision
- Drive process standardization within HR Operations and between FO and HRC.
- Represent HR Operations and drive the setup of required policies, processes, and practices to establish successful HR delivery within agreed end-to-end SLAs.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field & Master degree is a plus.
- Min.5 years of experience in HR Operations topics such as employee live cycle, time management and payroll. This total experience must include a min. of 2 years in team management.
- Good knowledge of Excel; experience with Workday, time & attendance systems, and ticketing tools.
- Experienced in multinational industries with a centralized HR Service Center model and external payroll provider (preferably ADP).
- Proactive, with good analytical, communication, skills and cross country collaboration experience.
- Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English.
