Job Description
- Ensures the orderly and timely execution of the Housekeeping operation.
- Assists in making the employee's work schedules, taking into account fair distribution of tasks, consistency and expected efficiency.
- Prepares relevant annual performance reports for the Housekeeping Attendant.
- Handles guest requests or complaints quickly and effectively and informs the Housekeeping Manager about the complaints.
Qualifications
- Good command of English,
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Successful in team management.
