ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Government Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. You will support daily sales activities, manage client communications, and help ensure smooth operations for government and diplomatic accounts. Your proactive approach and excellent relationship-building skills will contribute to Hilton’s success in this highly important segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Sales Manager and Director in developing and implementing sales strategies for the Government & Diplomatic segment.
  • Support client relationship management with government institutions and diplomatic missions.
  • Handle administrative sales tasks including reports, RFP processes, agreements, and reservations coordination.
  • Ensure VIP and protocol guests receive the highest level of Hilton service and attention.
  • Promote Hilton’s facilities and services (rooms, F&B outlets, Health Club, parking, laundry) as part of total account management.
  • Assist with sales calls, client entertainment activities, and networking events as required.
  • Stay informed about political, economic, and city developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support the team with group leads, catering production reports, and conference opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences for government and diplomatic clients.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Previous experience in Sales or Guest Relations, ideally within hospitality or a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-level officials and diplomatic clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of government protocols and procedures is a plus.
