About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Complaint Specialist who is fluent in both German and English to join our support team. In this role, you will handle customer complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Investigate issues thoroughly and coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve them
- Document all complaints accurately in the system, following compliance and quality standards
- Provide clear, professional, and timely responses in both German and English
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce complaint volume
- Ensure all complaint handling processes comply with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of both German and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a customer service, complaint handling, or quality assurance role is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- Empathy, patience, and attention to detail
