We are looking for a "Food Laboratory Customer Care Assistant Executive" for Intertek Turkey office Food Laboratory team.

- Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technician, Biology or Molecular Biology and Genetics departments of universities
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong communication, customer-oriented
- Prone to teamwork, solution-oriented thinking
- Strong planning, follow-up and time management skills
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively
- Speaks English
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Residing on the European Side of Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Within Food Laboratory Customer Services;
- To meet the test requests of the customers for which it is responsible, to discuss annual analysis plans
- To ensure that the samples reach the laboratory, to follow the analysis processes, to submit reports
- To take an active role in the management and resolution processes of customer complaints
- To provide experiences that combine scientific accuracy and customer satisfaction
- To ensure the follow-up and business records of domestic and foreign samples
- To provide support in report submission processes.
