- Managing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform
- Driving the development and enhancement of e-commerce portal features in collaboration with global teams
- Organizing and delivering product usage training
- Analyzing customer purchasing behavior via CRM tools and developing actionable insights
- Contributing to strategic planning through data-driven analysis
- Creating digital content for social media and the website
- Supporting the marketing process in close collaboration with the Product Manager
- Taking an active role in the marketing activities of Near Patient Care (NPC) products
- Coordinating the intake and distribution of customer support and request emails for effective response and follow-up
- Managing order entry in SAP and ensuring regular reporting in B2B operations
- Processing FOC (Free of Charge) product requests in SAP and maintaining accurate records
- Managing the printing and labeling processes of product labels and inserts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field
- Marketing experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
- Holder of a Clinical Support Specialist Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in using the SAP system
- Experience in working with global and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Ability to create digital content for social media and websites, with understanding of online customer engagement
- Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive with a hands-on approach in dynamic environments
