Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders,
- Manage and oversee all internal processes related to stakeholders, assisting with both business and personal tasks,
- Organize and manage complex calendars, prioritizing commitments to optimize time and productivity,
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences for the executive,
- Handle all administrative support functions, including document organization and meeting preparation,
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements and be open to traveling when required,
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow to facilitate effective communication and decision-making,
- Provide administrative and coordination support for internal & external meetings including developing meeting agendas, writing minutes, and distributing key documents to meeting attendees
Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- Good command of English,
- At least 5 years of experience in Top Executive Assistant,
- Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,
- Strong communication and representation skills,
- Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills
