Epta Turkey operates a modern production facility in the Avrupa Free Zone, specializing in the manufacturing of commercial (market-model) refrigeration systems. With its engineering, production, logistics, R&D, and corporate functions, Epta Turkey serves both other group plants of Epta and European customers.

EPIC – Epta Professional Innovation & Career is a long-term internship program hosted by Epta Turkey. It offers university students the opportunity to gain real business experience while continuing their academic studies, work in an international environment, and secure potential career opportunities after graduation.
What is the EPIC Program?
EPIC provides university students with real business experience, innovation projects, and an international working environment.
The program steps:
- Explore: Discover Epta’s culture, production processes, and global network.
- Practice: Actively contribute to real-life projects.
- Innovate: Propose improvements and innovative ideas.
- Contribute: Deliver solutions that add value to the company.

Who Can Apply?
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or Master’s degree students
- Preferred fields: Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related areas
- Minimum B1 English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Team-oriented, eager to learn, innovative mindset
- Able to commit to 2 full days or 3 half days per week during the program
