Responsibilities
- Develop new business, through actively identifying prospective businesses and understanding their business model and needs for specific monetization services
- Development of partnership strategies and projects · Conducting partner and sector research for potential collaborations, initiating and monitoring communication and long-term relationships
- Monitoring, reporting and devoloping the status of existing & potential partners, and developing new campaign ideas and tracking and reporting their outputs
- Follow up and coordinate tasks and requests from Card Schemes, Card Processing Companies, and other networks, ensuring effective and timely executions support strategic partnerships that drive value for iyzico.
- Leverage working relationships that turn into revenue, both for the partner and iyzico
- Create and be accountable for all partner proposals, contracts and any further documentation
- Effectively interact with other departments including, but not limited to; engineering, product, marketing and key account teams
- Stay up to date on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry by staying up to date on global payment news along with new companies that may need payment processing
- Partake in adhoc marketing activities to increase iyzico's visibility in current and expanding markets
- Actively work on development and implementation of project-based product and services
- Ensure coordination between company and potential/existing customers and business partners
- Attending partner events to promote iyzico's solutions
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly actuals and progress reports and presentations
- Manage and improve in-store partnership processes, with opportunities to support other business areas.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience, mostly in business development, partnerships and project management, or a related role, preferably within the payment sector
- Experience in the payments industry and love the adrenaline of the startup culture is highly preferred
- A solid understanding of emerging co-marketing and loyalty trends that you will translate to strategies that transform iyzico’s payment partnerships to world class levels
- Ability to clearly and simply communicate complex concepts in a way that is easy for others without deep payment industry experience to understand.
- Highly analytical with the ability to build financial models that support a business case required to secure funding for new opportunities.
- A deep understanding of the digital payment ecosystem along with firsthand knowledge of the unique attributes
- Proven track record of being able to successfully complete a full sales cycle
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive results
- Bachelor Degree or above is required
