Location: Istanbul

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work within our Unilever Food Solutions Organization.

Key responsibilities include the following:

1. Strategic Planning and Campaign Management:

  • Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies for METAP regions.
  • Coordinate and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
  • Assist in the preparation and deployment of operator-specific digital marketing activities.
  • Execute and track chef influencer campaign plans under the guidance of the manager.

2. Performance Marketing and Optimization:

  • Set up and monitor always-on paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and report on performance metrics.
  • Support the execution of SEO tactics and monitor keyword performance and website visibility.
  • Track and report digital engagement metrics (e.g., # engaged, Engagement Frequency).

3. Content and Social Media Management

  • Manage the scheduling and posting of organic content across social media channels.
  • Assist photography, video production, and event close-out videos.

4. Email Marketing and CRM:

  • Execute email marketing campaigns using Marketo tool, ensuring audience engagement and conversion.

5. Website Management:

  • Coordinate website improvement projects in collaboration with external agencies.

6. Reporting:

  • Prepare quarterly newsletters to update internal stakeholders on digital marketing activities.

Business Skills

  • A minimum of 1 years digital marketing experience in food category or FMCG industry (B2B experience is preferred)
  • Must have a good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing
  • Experience in working with external agency partners (advertising, media, PR, influencer)
