What you’ll do

To drive commercial growth for Vodafone Business by defining sales strategy, setting performance KPIs, managing incentive schemes, and delivering actionable insights through performance analytics and planning.

  • Define and execute B2B sales and channel strategies to support revenue and customer growth.
  • Manage segmentation, incentive, and loyalty programs to drive sales and partner engagement.
  • Lead performance tracking and reporting, turning insights into strategic actions.
  • Own the channel commission budget and ensure accurate calculation and payout processes.
  • Govern sales automation tools and data quality initiatives in line with the commercial roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
  • Manage a team and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes efficiently.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales planning, or channel management (preferably in telecom or technology sectors)
  • Proven experience in team leadership and complex stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
