We are looking for a CEO Driver to join our team in Kocaeli, Türkiye.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and timely transportation of the CEO to the office and other required locations.
- Responsible for ensuring the CEO’s transportation during all business or personal travels, or as requested by the CEO.
- Ensure the safe transportation of the CEO's relatives, visitors, business partners, and colleagues, provided that authorization has been granted by the CEO.
- Drive the vehicle in a safe manner, adhering to all local traffic laws and driving standards.
- Ensure the vehicle is always kept clean, organized, well-maintained, safe, and ready for travel.
- Conduct pre-drive inspections to verify the vehicle's safety and proper condition, and immediately notify the Admin Executive of any damages or faults.
- Ensure that vehicle repairs and maintenance are performed regularly and in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.
- Provide support to the Procurement & Admin Manager, Admin Executive, and the Senior Management Team, and assist in all daily administrative affairs activities and operations.
Your Profile:
- Preferably with at least 5 years of similar experience
- Excellent level of driving skills
- Able to work flexibly, prone to teamwork and successful in interpersonal relations
- Advanced communication skills
- Committed to being available on a 24/7 on-call basis, with a strong sense of responsibility and readiness to perform assigned tasks
