Key Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in the design, optimization, and engine integration processes of realistic and creative golf simulation scenes using Unity and Blender,
- Create low to mid-poly 3D environmental assets with a strong focus on visual composition, atmosphere, and storytelling,
- Produce PBR-compatible materials and textures using tools like Substance Painter or similar software,
- Manage scene organization within the asset pipeline and ensure assets are compatible with the simulation integration workflow,
- Contribute to creative processes such as collecting references and building moodboards to maintain visual quality and style consistency,
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (developers, designers, technical artists, etc.) to deliver high-quality work within schedule, Support the creation of technical documentation when necessary,
Requirements:
- Solid technical foundation and mid-level experience in Blender or similar 3D modeling software,
- Understanding of Unity Editor scene management, material systems, and general editor tools,
- Basic knowledge of the game development pipeline and an ability to optimize assets for performance,
- Hands-on experience in personal or professional projects involving 3D modeling, animation, or scene composition,
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation and workflows,
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and an ability to produce storytelling-driven environments,
- Team player with strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Based in Izmir or willing to relocate.
