We're looking for a Finance Manager to join us for a fixed-term basis!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders
- Support internal teams with financial guidance, reports, and analysis
- Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
- Provide leadership to the finance team and ensure continuity in team operations
- Liaise closely with the Finance Director on strategic matters or escalations
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Accounting and/or Finance, or CPA equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 – 10 years internal financial management experience
- Experience in dealing with external services providers, vendors, consultants, and banks
- Proven experience in Accounting, Internal Control, Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Internal Audit
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and stress management skills
- Attention to details, meticulous, organized and good time management
- Extremely well-versed in MS office, especially in Excel
- Native fluency in English is a must.
