We are now looking for a Career Kitchen Young Talent in Trade Marketing departments to join our Career Kitchen young talent program in Istanbul. Career Kitchen Young Talent is an on-the-job learning programme which enables young talents to develop and enhance their skills to become future leaders and provides them to gain multinational experience!
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support in planning and executing channel/customer strategies and participate in product launch & sales initiatives
- Preparation of internal reports, trade marketing plans and actionable analysis.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, purchasing teams and suppliers to actively lead the development, production, distribution and delivery of in-store display units/stands, visibility materials.
- Keep track of the budget and annual trade marketing plan
- Make field visits to monitor and develop trade executions
- Track global, FMCG and market trends, adapt strategies and develop projects accordingly
- Take an active role in assisting all Trade Marketing related activities
The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or a fresh graduate
- Strong organization and analytical thinking skills
- A creative, flexible, and collaborative team player
- Able to work at least 3 days a week
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning and development
