About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Third Party Operations (3PO) Manager to join Ferrero's dynamic and international team.
As a Third Party Operations Manager at Ferrero, you will oversee and develop our third-party manufacturing (3PM) network. You will ensure production performance, quality, and costs are fully aligned with Ferrero standards while driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will also act as the main contact for third-party partners, managing daily operations, resolving issues proactively, and leading long-term development projects to strengthen collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise third-party production to meet volume, cost, and performance targets.
- Optimize production flows and integrate Ferrero best practices.
- Ensure accurate reporting of production data, consumption, and waste.
- Identify and escalate risks, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead assessment, feasibility, and industrialization phases of CoMan/CoPack projects.
- Implement the “Business Blueprint” for new partners.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives with existing 3PMs.
- Act as Ferrero’s primary representative in daily relations with third parties.
- Collaborate with Procurement on contracts and renewals.
- Review performance and implement improvement action plans.
- Propose and coordinate investment projects to optimize cost and output.
- Monitor Ferrero assets located at third-party sites.
- Ensure third parties comply with Ferrero’s Food Safety, Quality, H&S, Sustainability, and audit requirements.
- Follow up on action plans and close all findings.
- Monitor and report KPIs (SQCDME) and conduct root cause analysis.
- Track budget performance and analyze variances.
- Update project progress in central reporting systems.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Preferably 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing environment (such as Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, or Procurement Manager)
- Proven experience in people management with the ability to integrate individuals into cohesive teams
- Curiosity, openness, and intercultural competence
- A passion for problem-solving and finding creative solutions to challenges
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills in both English and Turkish
