Your Tasks – What You can expect as Intercompany
Customer Operations Specialist?

  • For sales operations initiated by Siegwerk Sites throughout the world in an integrated manner, handle all aspects of after-sales operations on behalf of these sites and carry out these operations in a way that achieves service level targets
  • While performing this role, actively participate in the establishment of correct communication and appropriate management of interactions between SW Turkey departments and business units.
  • Follow, direct and manage the entire process from order tracking to delivery of the order to the relevant country, from invoicing transactions to resolving any disruptions that may occur within the scope of Intercompany after-sales operations.
  • Establish effective and proactive communication with all relevant supply chain business units (production, logistics, planning) in order to realize such an effective management of the process.
  • Take an active role in continuous process improvement with your overseas colleagues to assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to streamline and enhance the after-sales operations process


Your Profile – What do You bring as Intercompany Customer Operations Specialist?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in after-sales operations, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of intercompany sales processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
