- Act as accountable for shaping objectives and delivering the business value of IoT products & services in all digital VBU customer product platforms, closely working with IoT partner ecosystem on to be enabler for new services and technical capabilities, focusing on process development within squad to serve the best customer experience & increase loyalty, and create efficiency for B2B customers,
- Act as a strong voice to shape the desired customer journeys including a digital first mind-set,
- Collaborate with other teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the commercial delivery of the products,
- Track performance (financial, technical, CX ) of products reports to ensure the corrective actions and developments are undertaken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition,
- Design and implement efficient processes across different departments, ensuring all modifications are well-documented for IoT products
- Develop and monitor critical KPIs to measure process performance and implement necessary adjustments for IoT products
- Collaborate with other teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the commercial delivery of the products,
- Cooperate with IT and Customer Operations teams to provide input to ensure successful operations and customer care for the products developed,
- Analyze competitors’ products and communicate competitive threats and opportunities to Ownerership and prepares product competition analysis,
- Contribute to Product&Solution chapter development & best practice sharingwith the specific areas regarding skilss which the role requires,
- Make sure that its products serve customers' digitalization journey,
- Develop products that provide the best customer experience and respond to customer needs&increase customer loyalty,
- Make the Agile Working Method and prioritization with MVP approach effective for the whole organization,
- Help the VBU organization to increase its knowledge of IoT technology trends.
- BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in related field: IoT, Mobile Private Networks, Machine-to-machine (M2M), Smart city, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycles simultaneously
- Product/Initiative Life Cycle Management experience
- Project management and analytical thinking skills
- Problem solving & data driven decision making
- Results-driven and delivery-focused
- Agile / Scrum process experience
