In addition to yeast, we also provide baking solutions like bread improvers, bread mixes, and blends to bakery sector. Job Description
- Managing and following up the daily, weekly and monthly calendar of the factory director,
- Organizing meetings, interviews and travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, visas, etc.),
- Providing internal correspondence and preparing announcements when necessary,
- Realization of communication with official institutions, making correspondence transactions ,
- Following, filling and presenting monthly, daily, annual and technical reports.
- Preparing company presentations.
- Participating in field trips, being in close communication with production departments.
- Participating in, managing, questioning and following the results of projects directed by the Plant Director.
- Welcoming and organizing visitors and guests.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings requested by the Plant Director, conducting meeting organizations,
- Controlling phone and e-mail traffic, performing cargo operations
- Ensuring and following up the communication between other departments and the factory director
- Arrange transportation transfers, hotel reservations, dinner events, etc. for visitors to the factory,
- Coordination and tracking of company vehicles,
- Manage meeting rooms, organize meetings, appointments and events,
- Taking an active role in internal projects.
Qualifications
- Graduated from engineering departments of universities.
- Very good English speaking and writing skills.
- Good command of Office programs.
- Effective communication skills.
- High effective planning and organizational skills.
- Very good work follow-up skills, experienced in work prioritization processes.
- Able to carry out reporting processes.
- Attention to detail and high level of attention.
