In the Segment Content Marketing Specialist role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the development and optimization of highly compelling content that clearly differentiates Eaton and drives engagement of prospects at every stage of their buying journey with Eaton.
This position plays a pivotal role working closely with internal marcom COEs and shared services teams to ensure content is always developed to the highest standard and in a format that aligns with how its target audiences want to engage with and consume the content to aid their decision-making processes.
In this role, you will leverage all relevant engagement data available to you to inform your approach to content optimization at all times, as well as constantly seeking feedback from field teams and, where possible, direct engagement with customers.
The role is opened in a hybrid setup for our office locations in:
Budapest, Hungary
Warsaw or Gdansk, Poland
Ankara or Istanbul, Turkey
Belgrade, Serbia
- Manage the development and optimization of all content needed for demand generation and ABM campaigns, complete with all required metadata.
- Leverage UX, Social and SEO COE expertise in the supporting COEs to shape and optimize all content supporting integrated campaigns.
- Initiate development of landing page content objects in Percolate – must have a solid understanding of all AEM components and set out clear briefs for content creators and publishers on required messaging, layout, and needed CTAs.
- Facilitate development of all required email campaigns in Percolate – must be familiar with all Eloqua email templates available and set out clear briefs on messaging, layout, and needed CTAs for content creators and Eloqua publishing teams.
- Oversee the creation of sales enablement and relevant digital assets such as flyers, brochures, and catalogs that include briefs on messaging, layout, and needed CTAs.
- Initiate the creation of social posts, videos, and other promotional material needed that includes briefs on messaging, layout, and needed CTAs.
- Serve as a bridge between Business Units and Segment Scrum teams, encouraging involvement from both.
Key operating principles:
- Accountability: Content developed in this role must be aligned to the needs identified in the buyer and campaign journey maps.
- Data-informed: Build and optimize content effectiveness using a data-informed approach at all times.
- Minimum Bachelor's level degree with postgraduate qualification in marketing or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of marketing communications experience
- Good understanding of AEM & Eloqua templates is preferred; a strong competence using Percolate is also preferred
- Customer/market focus, work ethic, self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Fluent level of English language
