We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative/ Educational Consultant who is experienced of working in the B2C segment to join our growing international team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging potential B2C customers who are looking to pursue an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) include current high school students, international students seeking a globally recognized qualification, and adults who may not have completed their high school education.
As an Sales Development Representative/ Educational Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, introducing them to our offerings, building relationships, and qualifying leads for collaboration.
Depending on your experience, you may also manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing, and represent Toronto Imperial School at in-person meetings and industry events.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (EdTech or B2C education a plus).
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills in English and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team and manage time and goals effectively.
- Passion for international education and helping students succeed.
- Turkish: C1/Native, English: B2
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers.
- Craft and send high-quality outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Promote and sell TIS’s Canadian academic program with a clear understanding of its structure, value, and global relevance.
- Manage the entire B2C sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on educational trends in Turkey.
Nice to have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international education (study or work).
- Experience within the Turkish academic system combined with active international involvement (e.g., student groups, academic exchanges, internships, or scholarships).
- Minimum 2 years of residency in Canada with understanding of the Canadian education system and culture.

- Strong soft skills, including the ability to listen deeply, identify client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- A diplomatic and supportive communication style when working with educators, school leaders, and parents.
