We are seeking a young talent for the Sales Representative position, who will be responsible for selling Essentra Components products under the Directorate of Sales and Marketing at our Essentra Components / Mesan Locks Silivri factory. We are looking for someone who wants to build their career in sales with an engineering background!
Who We Are Looking For?
- Recent university graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of experience from Engineering faculties (preferably Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgy, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering).
- Highly motivated and eager to build a career in sales.
- Strong communication skills, successful in human relations, and a high ability to persuade.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to perform frequent customer visits in the field.
- Active driver with a valid license.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (must be able to use it actively in correspondence).
What Will Be the Responsibilities?
- Being responsible for customer groups in the entire Turkish market.
- Spending 60% of the week on customer visits.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with existing clients by understanding their needs, managing current orders, and developing relationships.
- Creating new projects or sales opportunities and tracking them regularly.
- Regularly visiting existing and potential customers and reporting to the manager.
- Expanding the current sales portfolio by making cross-sales with new or existing products.
- Contributing to the current customer portfolio by acquiring new clients.
- Preparing price quotes and analyses and submitting them for manager approval.
- Monitoring the financial status of customers under their responsibility.
- Participating in relevant industry fairs as part of marketing activities.
- Contributing to the launch of new products in the expanding Component product range.
