As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and onboarding clinics and doctors to our subscription-based platform. Your efforts will help healthcare providers expand their global reach, generate new leads, and foster long-term partnerships that enable patients worldwide to access high-quality medical care.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Research – Identify and reach out to clinics, hospitals, and specialists to introduce them to our platform, emphasizing the value of joining our global network.
- Pitch & Close – Present customized subscription-based solutions that align with providers' needs, closing deals and converting prospects into long-term, high-value partners.
- Revenue Generation – Develop and execute strategies to increase subscription sales, maximize lead conversions, and expand market share in new medical specialties and geographical regions.
- CRM Management – Utilize Zoho CRM or similar tools to manage leads, track performance, and maintain an organized pipeline that drives sales growth.
- Collaboration Across Teams – Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal customer experience.
- Achieve & Exceed Targets – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly subscription sales goals while driving consistent revenue growth.
Who You Are
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally with subscription-based services or digital marketplaces.
- Experience: 1+ year selling Subscription-based is a plus
- Proven Success: A track record of success in driving revenue through subscription-based solutions and managing client relationships.
- CRM Expertise: Experience using CRM tools like Zoho CRM to track leads, sales performance, and customer interactions.
- Research-Driven: Strong focus on lead generation, market research, and generating actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Healthcare Passion: A deep interest in healthcare innovation and improving access to affordable, high-quality medical care globally.
