Role Description
We are looking for a "Sales Supervisor" in Germany to join our B2B Sales Team. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in degree in Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferred; in B2B, HoReCa or Retail, especially in a multinational company will be an asset
- Experience in key account management
- Experience in the Glass Sector is preferred
- Having German citizenship or work permit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player
- Strong demonstration of the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Having good networking abilities
- No restrictions for domestic and international travels
Job Description
- Monitoring the estimation of business opportunities across existing and new industries that fit with the business unit's products & the identification of new market opportunities and market mapping efforts to generate new client leads
- Guiding his/her team on the design and implementation of strategic & co-business sales plans, creating new accounts to achieve or exceed established sales targets
- Preparing meaningful and accurate sales targets for budgeting purposes and generating updated estimates when the business conditions require a shift in focus
- Participating in critical negotiations and guiding contractual agreements with key clients; building and promoting strong customer relationships by conducting visits to strategically important customers
- Establishing and maintaining processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business; ensuring that pricing matrix & discount model provided by product management is used by sales teams and requesting updates and revisions on the model if necessary
- Developing and managing distributor contracts and business plans -according to market dynamics & product group’s targets - and actively managing operation of agreement processes & monitoring the achievement by taking necessary actions
- Monitoring the planning and presentation of reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies; overseeing the preparation of regular/ad hoc reports & data to necessary stakeholders regarding sales performance & commercial developments on assigned customer group
- Providing input to the Manager for him/her to create daily weekly and monthly reports and analytics and providing support in the maintenance of these reports
