     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering (master degree is an asset)
•    1 - 3 years experience of quality management within a manufacturing environment.
•    Familiarity with quality systems HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, Rainforest Alliance, Halal etc. 
•    Proficiency in SAP and MS Office programs
•    Advanced verbal and written level of English
•    Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
•    Military obligation is fulfilled for male candidates

      WHAT YOU BRING

•    Following and carry out company food safety & quality policies on all practices
•    Ensuring food safety & quality implementation and standardisation in all processes; providing supervision, control and management for the implementation of quality management systems and control processes within this framework.
•    Escalating quality and food safety findings to management and informing the related departments. Ensuring that products, product related services and standards are maintained and improved in designated areas are in high quality
•    Participate in all internal and external audits and perform at a high level during the audit process (ISO 22000, BRC, RFA, Oetker Audit, Halal etc.)
•    Auditing suppliers in accordance with the Dr. Oetker quality standards
•    Assisting, advising and training employees for sustaining Dr. Oetker quality standards
•    Continuously monitoring, updating and, when necessary, creating new documents for quality management systems
•    Preparing and updating raw material specifications
•    Conducting regular site tours of the factory area, monitoring pest control activities regularly
•    Collaborating with departments for keeping the quality management documentation and KPI records healthy
