Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, and project management
- Experience in data analytics and optimization projects
- Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams
- English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
Key Responsibilities
- Take an active role in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of the new water storage tank production line and upcoming projects,
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure process readiness, quality, and efficiency during production ramp-up
- Lead or support improvement and layout planning projects related to new or existing production setups
- Conduct process analysis, labor and material usage assessments, and workflow optimization
- Perform time and method studies; maintain and update technical documentation
- Analyze production losses and coordinate corrective actions to meet efficiency and quality targets
- Participate in cross-departmental improvement or installation projects as needed
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to increase machine efficiency, optimize workflows, and achieve operational goals
- Prepare activity and analysis reports to support decisionmaking and ensure alignment with business
