About the Job
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Plant Controller to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role of Plant Controller lies within the EAST zone, for Türkiye BU. The role is reporting directly to Supply Chain Finance Manager. You will be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of strategic and operational planning and KPIs and performance monitoring.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare monthly manufacturing performance reports for management.
Maintain standard cost structure in the system for new materials and products
Ensure accurate costing
Factory scrap review
COGS/Innovations calculation and full alignment with Production and R&D teams
Ensure of master data maintenance and compliance with company policies, accounting, and internal control rules
Controlling & analyzing the fixed costs and driving efficiencies
Preparation of Factory budget/forecast processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related measures
Work experience minimum 4 years in Plant Controlling or Supply Chain Finance
Excellent analytical skills
Basic MS Office knowledge
Ability to proactively challenge and advise
Strong communication skills
A strong command of English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
