What you’ll do
- Responsible from plan and optimize of regional radio network with the smart network strategies for the best network experience
- To implement alternative coverage and capacity solutions for both In building and outdoor locations so as to minimize the investment while maximizing the impact on the network’s performance
- Perform 2G/3G/4G site planning and optimization using related tools (5G is a plus)
- Capacity and congestion management and dimensioning
- Parameters settings and analysis of RAN KPI’s
- Knowledge of Huawei equipments, features and parameters
- Thorough knowledge on antennas structure, propagation and link budget
Who you are
- Graduated from Electronics/Communication/Electrical engineering departments of well known Universities
• Good command of English • Should have significant knowledge of RF Planning and Optimization tools: Atoll, Mapinfo, Tems, Actix, M2000, Discovery, Netperform.
- Perfect communications and analytical skills
- MS office applications
