We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partner Development Manager (PDM) to drive the development, enablement, and success of our ecosystem partners in Turkey and beyond. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong global business collaborations, developing value-added solutions with partners, and contributing to the growth of our cloud ecosystem.
Global Ecosystem Partner Development & Collaboration: Drive the growth and holistic cooperation of ecosystem partners with global business distribution in Turkey, including overseeing the Turkish market and overseas partnerships, formulating and implementing commercial BP (Business Plan), high-level engagements, and partner satisfaction management. Develop and execute ecosystem strategies and partner development plans to enhance partners' capabilities and build value-driven solutions.
Industry Insight & Strategy: Analyze key industries (e.g., retail, finance, government, manufacturing), identify top partners, and create an ecosystem partner map to formulate ecosystem development strategies.
Full Lifecycle Partner Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of ecosystem partners, including partner acquisition, relationship building, joint solution development, co-marketing planning and execution, policy communication and implementation, daily issue resolution, and maintaining ecosystem health.
High-Value Partner Breakthroughs: Establish benchmark partners, from solution development to joint sales, strengthen partners' cloud adoption capabilities, drive business growth, and create flagship success stories.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of ecosystem development and cloud business.
- Preferred experience in cloud-related fields (e.g., IT, big data, HPC, AI) or specific industries (e.g., finance, internet, manufacturing, energy, education, healthcare, transportation).
- Certification holders of Huawei Cloud HCIP/HCIE, or equivalent AWS/Azure/GCP professional/developer certifications are preferred.
- Understanding of industry technology collaboration ecosystems, with capabilities in industry analysis and insight, ecosystem planning, solution ecosystem building, client/partner communication, and ecosystem expansion/management/operations.
- Strong learning ability, resilience, proactive attitude, openness, and excellent internal/external communication skills.
