We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our office near Osmanbey Metro, where we manufacture and sell phone cases online.

Requirements:

• Must write, read and understand English
• Responding to customer inquiries via Instagram DMs and email.
• Example questions: What is the price? Has my order shipped? Can I change the color?
• Creating local shipping labels via Yurtiçi Kargo and organizing pickups
• Tracking orders on Shopify and informing customers
• Printing daily order slips, matching them with barcodes, and passing them to the team
• Creating international shipping labels via UPS
• Opening and processing returned/exchanged/repaired items
• Being positive and result-oriented
• Living close to the Osmanbey/Şişli area

Conditions:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 13:00 PM in the office (not negotiable)
• We provide a phone, and since you’ll provide remote support including Sundays, these are the in-office hours
• Monday to Sunday - every 2-3 hours you'd need to check the phone including the weekends.
