Requirements:
- Must write, read and understand English
- Responding to customer inquiries via Instagram DMs and email.
- Example questions: What is the price? Has my order shipped? Can I change the color?
- Creating local shipping labels via Yurtiçi Kargo and organizing pickups
- Tracking orders on Shopify and informing customers
- Printing daily order slips, matching them with barcodes, and passing them to the team
- Creating international shipping labels via UPS
- Opening and processing returned/exchanged/repaired items
- Being positive and result-oriented
- Living close to the Osmanbey/Şişli area
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 13:00 PM in the office (not negotiable)
- We provide a phone, and since you’ll provide remote support including Sundays, these are the in-office hours
- Monday to Sunday - every 2-3 hours you'd need to check the phone including the weekends.
