Job Description
- Supporting daily operational tasks related to Bosch Mobility Aftermarket test equipments aftersales operations
- Supporting field service team to help maintain accurate documentation and update databases for after-sales activities
- Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting related to customer queries and equipment issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain comprehensive insight into after-sales operations
Qualifications
- Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or Automotive Engineering 3 or 4 th year student
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Being passionate about automotive industry with hands-on experience in automotive-related projects
- Fluency in English
- Familarity with Microsoft environment
