Job Description
- Lead sourcing, product development, and price negotiations within designated categories (Electrical Appliances, Bathroom & Home Care, Disposables(Near Food))
- Support product range planning and assortment development
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage quality, costing, production, and delivery
- Actively engage with customers to understand needs and expectations
- Conduct market trend analysis and export share evaluations
- Organize and lead sourcing and buying trips
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
- 4+ years of relevant merchandising experience (preferably in EU markets)
- Product knowledge in Electrical Appliances is a strong plus
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- High sense of ownership, independence, and drive
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player
- Open to domestic and international travel as needed
