The key responsibilities are:
1. Define a strategy for Intel-Digital Transform aligned with the customer’s priorities and drives key account customer sales plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth.
2. Plan and prioritize channel sales strategy on M-Connect Solution. Closely monitor the Device + IT solution projects in public and private chain and non-chain hospitals.
3 Demonstrate Mindray M-connect solutions, advanced algorithms and IT structure to customers for Total solution
4. Define the main pillars: Digital OR, Digital ICU, and Digital ER concepts and create different points of the Mindray Intelli-digital transformation concept.
4. Develop and maintain good relationships with the decision makers; respond to customers’ demands actively; manage customers’ expectations. Discover and lead customers’ potential demands, create values for customer.
6. Collaborate and work closely with a marketing and service team to increase capture rate and customer satisfaction.
Profile description:
1. Biomedical Engineering bachelor’s degree or above, from a medical field with a good command of both written and spoken English.
2. Selling experience in the healthcare industry, multinational companies or IT software experience.
3. Ability to energize, develop and build reports at all levels within an organization.
4. Adaptive to a matrix management structure in cross-culture communication.
5. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
