Sales Specialist Role
In the role of Sales Specialist, you will engage with potential and existing clients directly, encouraging them to explore our various treatment options. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to employ persuasive and patient approaches to client interactions.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in conversations to understand the client’s needs and requirements.
- Transform inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Address questions or concerns that clients may have.
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
- Regularly update client records.
- Provide assistance to the clients on their treatment journey.
- Look for upselling opportunities during the visit.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a focus on personal development.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Fluent in English (preferably professional in French and Arabic), both spoken and written.
