Job Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include:
Detail-oriented and organized to support daily invoice-statement matching, Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sourcing), Responsible and reliable in assisting with supplier reconciliation processes, Capable of tracking delayed payments, incorrect declarations, and missing documents systematically.
Good command of written and reading English (sufficient for emails, systems, and report follow-up), Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Education 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student or a recent graduate from Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields, Able to work at least 3 days a week (preferably on-site), Available to work on Saturdays.
Technical & Process Knowledge Proficient in MS Excel (especially in functions such as VLOOKUP, filters, PivotTables), Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data comparisons Interested in processes related to e-invoicing, payment tracking, and supplier deductions.
