Your key responsibilities will include:
Detail-oriented and organized to support daily invoice-statement matching,
Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sourcing),
Responsible and reliable in assisting with supplier reconciliation processes,
Capable of tracking delayed payments, incorrect declarations, and missing documents systematically.
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves
Good command of written and reading English (sufficient for emails, systems, and report follow-up),
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Education
3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student or a recent graduate from Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields,
Able to work at least 3 days a week (preferably on-site),
Available to work on Saturdays.
Technical & Process Knowledge
Proficient in MS Excel (especially in functions such as VLOOKUP, filters, PivotTables),
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data comparisons
Interested in processes related to e-invoicing, payment tracking, and supplier deductions.
