Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the regional HR Development team to seamlessly integrate global best practices into the local setting
Manage performance management, career planning processes
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions as a HR BP
Conduct needs assessments to identify organisational learning priorities and design specialised training programs accordingly
Understand the organizational development principles and practices
Coordinate and execute the regional and global HR reporting initiatives as required, ensuring timely and effective execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles, with demonstrated success in similar positions preferred.
Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to inspire and effect positive change.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
English fluency is essential for report writing and meetings.
