Job Responsibilities Departmental Expense Reimbursement: Responsible for managing and reimbursing departmental expenses for models, backgrounds and related shooting materials, ensuring that all reimbursements are accurate and on time. Sample & Image Management: Train and manage sample and image uploading clerks, monitor sample scanning and image uploading process. Process Sorting: Sorting out the relevant work processes of the Business Support Department in order to optimise the way of working and to better solve the process problems arising from the work. Job Requirements A Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the position is desirable. Fluent in Chinese and Turkish, preferably English. Proficient in the use of office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook mailbox, etc. Preferably in a secretarial, clerical and reimbursement related role before. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage time. Resilient to pressure and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
