Responsibilities:
1. Daily, weekly, monthly Field Force Team efficiency follow-up
2. Monitoring defined budget`s realization and accuracy of budget usage
3. Establishing strong coordination between HQ and Field Force team
4. End to end management support for Field Force Agency
5. Timely manner Field Force Incentive plan design and execution
6. Co-operating with Retail Team to support all Retail oriented business
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Advanced user of MS Office programs (Strong Excel usage skills is must)
3. Fluent English language
4. Excellent time management and effective interpersonal communication skills
5. Willingness to learn and constantly challenge yourself for continuous improvement
