We are looking for an “Export Operations Specialist” to be assigned within our Export Operations Directorate.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- 2 years of experience in Export or Logistics,
- Knowledgeable in customs regulations, logistics, foreign trade, and processes,
- Proficient in advanced English and preferably a second language,
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Eager to learn, successful in tracking and finalizing tasks, able to work in a high-paced environment,
- Good communication and planning skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve problems,
- No travel restrictions,
- Residing in or able to reside in Adana or Mersin.
Job Description:
- Programming the export, carrying out and following up operational processes from the receipt of the order,
- Coordinating with Finance, Production, and Logistics departments to plan and monitor processes,
- Preparing the necessary documents and paperwork related to export processes,
- Providing necessary information to related customers and departments after the export,
- Controlling export-related costs and ensuring system entries,
- Following up on accounting transactions and collections related to exports, reporting to relevant departments,
- Preparing presentations and reports on export matters,
- Ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under regulations.
