It continues its activities with 70 million+ products in 5 different categories and for 4m active shoppers and 2m active sellers.

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics or relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience in consultancy, marketplace or digital services
- Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplaces, new business models
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented commercial mind and eager to learn
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across business-development, marketing, operations, product development etc.
- Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making
- Experienced in identifying and resolving user pain points and designing user journeys
- Experienced in "agile" working environment and project management and familiar with project iteration culture
- Proactive, able to deal with ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast changing environment
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Establish the capabilities to ensure that the fast development of the marketplace and the number of sellers is not detrimental to the customer shopping experience
- Plan and scope user research studies, working backwards from user needs to identify areas that can drive impactful seller and shopper experience
- Define seller segmentation strategy, and design/iterate processes and initiatives to measure the sellers’ performance and rank them accordingly
- Define the platform service standards and control mechanisms, and create the corresponding sellers’ incentives and penalties
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to provide sellers with the tools to understand the service standards, make informed decisions and take actions
- Work closely with analytics and data science teams to answer various business-related questions and assist decision making
- Conduct projects end-to-end from early stage research through development, in consultation with stakeholders
- Act with a growth mindset with understanding of key ecommerce metrics
- Design and track marketplace development KPIs to ensure that the organization moves towards the right direction
