- Proven track record in sales with a strong target-driven mindset. Preferably a proactive “hunter” who is highly motivated to pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ability to identify and develop key accounts in the Turkish market.
- Drive customer adoption and satisfaction through effective engagement and relationship management. Lead contract negotiations and build long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate and align internal resources—including sales, solutions, and service teams—to meet performance goals and client expectations.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners to broaden market reach and boost solution adoption.
- Lead the development of localized solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring effective collaboration with relevant partners.
Requirements
- Experience in public cloud business development or with cloud-native solutions.
- Experience working with one or more of the top three public cloud providers (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale IT and public cloud deals.
