ABOUT THE TEAMDolap, leader of growing second-hand ecommerce market in Turkey, was established in 2016 by three partners. Dolap, which joined Trendyol in 2018, is the fashion market leader for the last 3 years! It continues its activities with 70 million+ products in 5 different categories and for 4m active shoppers and 2m active sellers.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Constantly analysing user-base and dividing it into different segments.
- Optimizing these segments for better volume & impact.Management and continuous optimization of CRM communication channels such as Push, Email, SMS, In-app notification, Pop-ups.
- Performing A/B tests on messages, creatives, scheduling, targeting, triggers, incentives, and landing pages.
- Split and optimize discount budget to generate more incremental value (i.e. New buyers, New sellers, Revenue, Recovered Buyers)
- Automating manual processes within the team and cross teams by using python.
- KPI monitoring in own domains, planning, running and evaluating new CRM campaigns and feeding the strategy teams accordingly.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- The experience range for this position is suitable for specialist/senior specialist roles
- BS/BA in Engineering, Marketing, Business or a related field
- Experience in CRM or a related role with a focus on campaign management, optimization, data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and experience of working with data
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Coding skills: ability to code in one or more languages or willing to learn (SQL, Python)

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
