About the Role
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and passionate Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. You will play an integral role in overseeing the entire marketing content lifecycle, including planning and managing the content calendar, gathering information in collaboration with our teams, producing and updating technical and non-technical content, following review and approval workflows, liaising with influencers, ensuring quality through style guides, checklists, and frameworks, and defining KPIs while collecting and reporting the content performance data.This role reports to the Head of Marketing, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Client, and Design, and plays a significant role in knowledge sharing and establishing MobileAction's thought leadership in the mobile marketing industry.Join our open, collaborative, and trusting culture that works directly with motivated and inspiring coworkers, where you can also find the opportunity to grow your expertise and skills in Silicon Valley startup culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead our content efforts by collaborating with product marketers, freelance writers, designers, sales & customer success teams, customers, industry experts, and online content creators.
- Produce compelling, search-optimized content for our blog, website, landing pages, social media channels, webinars, newsletter, online profiles, etc.
- Drive user and revenue growth through value-added content to the MobileAction platform.
- Build our online SEO strategy and maintain an editorial calendar.
- Analyze traffic and engagement using various analytics tools to monitor performance and improve the quality of produced content.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, follow internal and external review & approval workflows, and create written guidelines accordingly.
- Build and grow our content marketing team.
- Manage quarterly budgets, performance reporting, KPIs, and OKRs for content operations
- Finding ways to attract new users to MobileAction's products and services through content
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Growth Marketing experience in B2B - SaaS/tech preferred (a portfolio of work samples will be required)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Proven record of driving revenue, user, or follower growth through engaging content
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to drive tasks independently with minimal guidance
- Hands-on experience with SEO (on-page / off-page), conducting keyword research, website management, and analytics
- An analytical mindset and orientation towards measurement and results
- General understanding of SaaS economics, such as LTV, CAC, payback period, etc.
- Strong natural sense of design through both UX and visual design
- Understanding of AI tools and skills in prompt engineering is a big plus.
- Mobile marketing experience or mobile marketer persona understanding is a big plus.
