Company Description
The Consumer Collecting Specialist is responsible for managing Student Marketeer Program:
Ensuring the Student Marketeers are true Red Bull representatives and a tangible face of the brand. They are accountable for ensuring that the Student Marketeer approaches consumers in a natural and unforced way to:
-Communicate product benefits and functionality.
-Drive trial by supplying consumers with the product in relevant occasions to gain consumer understanding and the probability of repurchase.
University side:
Guiding and supporting Student Marketeers to drive Red Bull trial, increase brand awareness and foster a positive product and brand perception within their respective university.
Job Description
Communicate clear expectations and guidelines to the regional field marketing teams who runs the Student Marketeers in order to achieve and meet targets successfully.
Understand the consumer landscape and how to approach and reach a variety of consumers (especially new user) in different consumption occasions to increase consumption frequency
Coach the Student Marketeers (Leaders) to deal with different types of consumers, effective ways of communicating, and how to deal with crisis communication in order to drive successful product trial and authentic brand representation.
Support the marketing and sales team in managing and coordinating the SMs during special events and projects.
Execute the University Program with Excellence
Develop and implement an innovative program to maintain a credible brand image and win students as loyal Red Bull Consumers.
Communicate clear expectations and guidelines to regional field marketing teams who runs the for Student Marketeers to effectively plan and deliver on infusing Red Bull into student lifestyle during key moments (study, sport, party etc.), using a “from students for students” approach.
Develop and activate national and international best practice events and projects to bring properties to life on campus.
Understand and collaborate with the sales team to coach and drive the Student Marketeer sales support strategy to increase Red Bull’s availability and visibility on and around campus.
Cross Program Execution
Develop and deliver an innovative business plan which complements the marketing priorities and make impactful and engaging digital & social media ideas a must have in every plan.
Implement and uphold the international recruitment, on-boarding and training module for global consistency, working closely with human resources and 3rd parties for local compliance.
Responsible for planning and executing annual conferences.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team, combining synergies in order to capitalize on related opportunities.
Work with the Brand, Communications Manager and/or Digital Media Manager to create innovative social media tactics around launches and initiatives for the programs.
Development
Regularly assess and analyze the programs, identifying opportunities to improve processes and excite consumers and the student community
Support, train and motivate to optimize the potential of achieving high performing individuals and teams
Share learnings with the line manager in order to drive the development of the programs in the right direction
Invite the Student Marketeers to come up with innovative ideas for all internal programs (culture, sports, consumer collecting etc.)
General Management
Responsible for secure, smart and efficient budget management whilst finding ways to optimize expenditure
Work cross functionally, managing internal & external requests in line with the annual business plan priorities
Work closely with the regional field marketing teams which runs the Consumer Collecting Programs
Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and efficient budget management
Work closely with the operations team to manage product stock with discipline
Develop, implement and manage tools
Identify and nurture key talent for the potential space-to-shine opportunity
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience executing or being involved in promotional activities
Minimum 2 years of experience in the student community
