Job Description
Oversee the daily management of kitchen operationsMaintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation
Lead, guide, and train the kitchen team
Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning
Monitor food costs and take measures to minimize waste
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment
Evaluate guest feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Utilize kitchen skills and culinary techniques effectively
Qualifications
Graduated from relevant departments of universitiesMinimum 3, maximum 5 years of experience in a Chef de Partie position
Skilled in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene standards
Strong team player with well-developed leadership skills
Capable of creating innovative and creative recipes
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
Flexible and adaptable to on-site working mode
Additional Information
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
