What you’ll do
• Purpose of the Terminal (Smart Devices) Squad is to become the most Customer Focused, Trusted Technology Partner; with an end to end commercial accountability of terminal business, for SMP (smart phone), accessories and VAS services.
• Purpose of the Teriminal Squad is to drive value growth by providing a commercial ready base, boost smart devices sales with insight and data driven strategy. Base Growth Strategy Lead’s role is to lead all terminal related personalized journeys in order to maximise share of incremental sales within our customer base. Main responsability is to lead the commercial design of the journeys with a data driven approach, define and enrich the target group, determine and optimise timing and channel priority to fullfil the squad target.
• Lead the device (smart phone, accessories, valua-added services etc.) journeys aiming to achieve monthly device order target and revenue driving from device activities
• Defines target group (who) and customer journey in MCCM (how), working closely with Big Data and commercial lead to define offers (what) and channel lead to define channel orchestration (where), as well as decision architects to make sure relevant developments are made. Role works closely with Pega (MCCM) decision architects, commercial and channel leads.
• Lead the real time trigger and roadmap aiming to maximise real time engagement with our customers finding relevant device selection process.
• Managing device discount pool (budget) to cover potential growth areas and conducting A/B tests to optimize terminal activities.
• Ensuring continuity of presented offers to customers in hyperpersonalized strategies and enpand the device porforlio and increase digital channel mix.
• Deep dive understanding of customer behaviors & business needs to improve squad KPIs and to build seamless experience in a horizantal approach.
• Lead the AI programme, maximising the adoption of AI in device sales and device selection.
• Ensuring seamless operationalization and making advancements to thrive in customer experience through simplification.
• Trying new technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement
• Improve, monitor and maintain journey strategy aiming to gain incremental revenue and device order with AI driven data approach
• Main operations are Andoid, IOS device and accessories journeys, desinging shared journeys with core businesses to generate incremantal sales and churn reduction.
• Effective stakeholder management of key business relationships
• Work in harmony with agile practices & get ready to own different responsibility within Squad
Who you are
We are looking for you if you have
• BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
• Have min 4 years experience in Telecommunication sector at marketing and/or commercial roles
• Has a strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities
• Experience in Telecommunication sector at marketing and/or commercial roles
• Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
• Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal drive & leadership attitudes
• Strong analytical skills, results-driven and delivery-focused
• Pega knowhow is a plus
• Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (commercial, marketing, channel) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality
• Strong written, verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish
• Resilient while working in competitive & rapidly changing environments
• Comfortable in problem solving & decision making
• Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
