What You'll Do?
- Recognize and seize growth opportunities among different restaurant segments and create different strategies for different segments
- Responsible for keeping our restaurants grow in line with GetirYemek's commercial strategy.
- Understand our and restaurants' client base
- Analyze the incremental value of the campaign and contribution to GetirYemek & supplier
- Create new campaign ideas to help GetirYemek grow
- Optimizing the different marketing channels to improve app traffic, conversion rates, acquisition costs and customer lifetime value
- Closely keep track competition & discover growth opportunities
- Develop, maintain, track, and manage high-quality, integrated plans and timelines to enable accurate progress assessments and inform decisions
- Work closely with Sales, Commercial Strategy, Business Development and Marketing teams
What We are Looking for:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or business disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to 1-2 years of experience with Bachelors degree in a strategy, growth, revenue management, CRM, segment management
- Excitement about everything related to growth, whether its Getirs growth, the GDP growth of Indonesia, or the literal growth of the next-door neighbors young child.
- Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment.
- Mixpanel and Tableau experience is advantegous but not obligatory
- Multi-tasking
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
- Confidence while managing partners and internal teams
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proactive and initiative taker.
