The Assistant Commercial Manager plays a key supporting role within the commercial team, working under the guidance of the Senior Commercial Manager. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing commercial data, and coordinating with both internal departments and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of commercial activities. - Contribute to building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners to support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders—including Technical Service, Planning, Customs, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and relevant governmental bodies—to manage supply and demand, coordinate deliveries and shipments, support cash collection and order book management, ensure smooth financial operations, and address customer feedback.
- Support the development of commercial strategies by analyzing market data, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management and internal stakeholders.
- Actively participate in internal and client-facing meetings, events, and strategic initiatives, contributing commercial insights and support as needed.
- Assist with commercial audits, budget planning, business reporting, and the preparation of country business plans.
- Work in close coordination with the Marketing team to ensure consistent and effective representation of Aviagen across all commercial touchpoints.
